100 gm Maida
50 gm Sooji
50 gm Besan
70 gm Sugar
50 ml Ghee
1 table spoon Cinamom

Recipe
Firstly, Take Maida, Sooji and Besan then mix them complety. Then take a new bowl and pour ghee into it after that add sugar to it and mix it after some time add the mixture of Maida, Sooji and Besan, to it mix it till it become like a batter. After that roll the batter a what shape you like after that Preheat your microwave oven at 150 degree for 2:00 min then keep the nankhatai for 20 min at constant temperature.
